Do you know how long it’s been since we’ve done an Employee Spotlight?

Practically forever.

And personally, I feel like you guys are in need of one. What better way are you guys going to get to know some of the people that do the hardest work behind the scenes at LockNet?

If you’re a technician and you’ve called LockNet at some point since 2007, you have more than likely spoken with Lena Thornton. Lena was one of the original members of LockNet’s service team and because of that, Lena knows her stuff. She knows the technicians when they call and she’s right on top of issues when they arise.

You can’t miss her if you’re in town in her signature yellow Jeep and she’s a well known Jimmy Buffett enthusiast. In fact, she hasn’t missed a concert of his since before 1995. Lena is one of our brightest and our best, and she’s a crucial member of the LockNet service team. Always willing to help and with a smile on her face, without further ado, I give you Miss Lena Thornton!
