A Delayed Egress Newsletter

LockBytes > A Delayed Egress Newsletter

Delayed EgressWe were on a roll last week with delayed egress, and I really want to keep surfing that wave. We had such a great response to our latest edition of the LockNet Video Newsletter (which covered delayed egress) that it seems appropriate to share it here.

Last week I touched on the signage requirements for delayed egress. In this edition of the video newsletter, my colleague,Elise, and I tackle the basics of it. It’s such a gigantic topic, though, that we really couldn’t cover everything we want to in the time we had. Plus, we realize  for everyone who is dying to learn about delayed egress, there are plenty of others who have no interest.

(Like we discuss in the video, it’s not for everyone!)

Delayed Egress: Where to Start

First, take a look at the video:

We just touch the tip of the iceberg in the video, making it a perfect primer. Maybe you’re considering the installation of delayed egress in your facility but aren’t sure where to start. If that’s the case, this video is an excellent starting point.

However…

We have more!

When you get Elise and I in a room and give us a topic to talk about, we can probably take up most of your day, especially if it’s something we know a lot about. So… we actually made a second video, where we dig into the details of all that goes into delayed egress. We talk application, best practices, code compliance, and much more. It’s a good video to check out if you’ve already decided it is the hardware for you, and you’re ready to make it happen. Maybe you just don’t know where to start. Thankfully, this video can point you in the right direction and help get you started.

We have quite a few professionals on hand who are ready to help with any questions you might have. So if delayed egress is something you’d like to consider, give us a call today!
