SMS Communication Policy
1. Purpose This policy aims to ensure that all SMS communications conducted by Locknet, LLC, also known as LockNet, adhere to legal and ethical standards, protect user privacy, and maintain the integrity and professionalism of our communications.
2. Scope This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and affiliates of Locknet who use SMS as a tool for communication with clients, customers, partners, and within the organization.
3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations All SMS messages sent must comply with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. User Consent
