| LockNET's step-by-step program to upgrade or install security locking systems. |
| ANALYZE - LockNET will analyze the geographic locations of your security upgrades
with our mapping software. This assures the availability of a local certified technician
for each installation and fast on-site service. |
| PRIORITIZE - LockNET's computerized project management system helps LockNET
schedule your security upgrade locations by market, region, high/low crime stores, etc.
LockNET's custom software is capable of coordinating multiple projects with multiple
vendors and provides you with up to the minute status reports. |
| SURVEY - LockNET will survey your locations to determine the type and condition
of the safes or doors to be upgraded. LockNET then provides the technician with the proper
parts and equipment to assure the security upgrade will be completed efficiently. |
| IMPLEMENT - LockNET technicians call the location manager with a minimum of one
day advanced notice to confirm the security upgrade schedule. The security upgrade process
includes parts, labor, a LockNET Process Checklist, 30 minute training session, and a toll
free 24 hour hotline service label left on site. After your manager signs the Checklist
(verifying safisfactory completion), LockNET invoices either the location or corporate
headquarters. |
| FOLLOW-UP - LockNET calls each location after completing the security upgrads to
assure the job was finished satisfactorily and to answer any questions. All incoming calls
and service responses are logged by location into a computerized data base. Detailed and
customized summary reporting of all service calls will be provided for trend analysis on
costs and security issues. LockNET offers a variety of extended service contracts to fix
costs and simplify maintaining our products after the warranty period. |
