LockNet provides customers access to their service records via our reporting web site. Our objective is to provide immediate access to our records for call status, follow-up, and cost analysis. We are glad to add additional report formats upon customer request.

After entering the necessary authentication and passwords, the user has several options:

  • Service call summary by Region/Area/Store
  • Service call detail by store
  • Service call detail by PO #
  • Service call detail by Consumer Code
  • Financial Analysis of Service and Savings
  • Select records by date range:
  • a) Calls opened in the range
    b) Calls invoiced in the range
    c) Calls opened in the range that remain open
